Advantages of LDS technology

Designed to deliver precision even in tough environments

LDS provides the long range (hundreds of metres) needed to accommodate complex industrial facilities. And it is highly resilient to adverse conditions such as moisture and dust.

Practical, reliable implementation

Measurement can span a very wide concentration range (five orders of magnitude) from parts-per-billion to way beyond normal atmospheric levels. There’s also no need for re-calibration, bump testing, or reference cells once deployed.

Platform technology

We have already validated the ability to sense methane, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide and ammonia and have products for each. There is also near-term potential to sense other important species such as H₂S and SF₆.
